What is your MOQ for metallized films?
MOQ is 1 ton per item for PET-based metallized films. For other film types, please contact us for specific MOQ requirements.
What's your typical lead time?
Standard orders: 7–15 days. Custom orders (non-standard thickness, width, or metallization spec): 20–30 days. Lead time starts from order confirmation and deposit receipt.
Do you offer samples before bulk order?
Yes. If the requested spec is available in stock, samples can be dispatched within 24 hours. Please contact us with your target spec and we’ll confirm availability promptly.
What certifications do your films carry?
REACH, RoHS, and MSDS documentation are available for Metallized PET Films. Additional testing reports can be arranged upon request — please contact our team with your specific compliance requirements.
Can you supply food-grade metallized films?
We do not currently hold FDA certification. However, our films comply with REACH and RoHS standards. If your application requires specific food-contact compliance documentation, please reach out and we will assess what can be provided based on your destination market requirements.
What thickness range do you offer?
The specifications are as follows:

What optical density (OD) values can you achieve?
We can produce films across a wide OD range of OD 0.2 to OD 6.0, covering everything from semi-transparent decorative films to high-barrier industrial applications. Custom OD targets are available on request.
Do you support OEM customization?
Yes. We offer full OEM services including custom roll width, thickness, OD value, core size, and surface treatment. Please provide your target specifications and we will provide a technical confirmation and quotation.
What are your payment terms?
Standard terms are 30% T/T deposit in advance, with the balance paid before shipment. As the partnership develops, we are open to discussing more flexible arrangements based on order volume and history.
How do you handle quality complaints?
We take quality issues seriously. Our process:
- Response within 24 hours of receiving your complaint
- Root cause investigation — we review production records and request photos/samples from your side
- Responsibility confirmation — we communicate findings transparently
- Resolution — where our responsibility is confirmed, we arrange replacement goods as the standard remedy. Shipping costs for returns or replacements are generally the buyer’s responsibility; exceptions can be discussed case by case.
