Woven poly packaging fabric is produced by weaving stretched polypropylene or polyethylene tapes into controlled woven constructions through circular loom systems. Manufacturing Process

Tape Extrusion & Orientation

Circular Loom Weaving

The tapes are woven into tubular or flat woven structures using circular loom systems with controlled weave density and fabric construction.

Coating & Lamination
